IDABC

IDABC stands for Interoperable Delivery of European eGovernment Services to public Administrations, Businesses and Citizens.
IDABC is a European Union Program that promotes the correct use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for cross-border services in Europe. It uses the opportunities offered by ICT to encourage and support the delivery of cross-border public sector services to citizens and enterprises in Europe, to improve efficiency and collaboration between European public administrations and to contribute to making Europe an attractive place to live, work and invest.
To achieve objectives like 'Interoperability', IDABC issues recommendations, develops solutions and provides services that enable national and European administrations to communicate electronically while offering modern public services to businesses and citizens in Europe. The programme also provides financing to projects addressing European policy requirements, thus improving cooperation between administrations across Europe. National public sector policy-makers are represented in the IDABC programme's management committee and in many expert groups. This makes of the programme a unique forum for the coordination of national eGovernment policies.
By using state-of-the-art information and communication technologies, developing common solutions and services and by finally, providing a platform for the exchange of good practice between public administrations, IDABC contributes to the i2010 initiative of modernising the European public sector. IDABC is a Community programme managed by the European Commission's Directorate-General for Informatics.
In 2008, IDABC launched the Semantic Interoperability Centre Europe (SEMIC.EU). eGovernment and other pan-European collaborations can exchange their knowledge and their visions on SEMIC.EU.

Zbadanie próbek tzw. dopalaczy zleciła biegłym łódzka prokuratura. Jeżeli wyniki badań potwierdzą, że w ich składzie znajdują się substancje odurzające lub psychotropowe możliwe będzie ściganie dystrybutora tych używek.

Szwedzki dziennik "Svenska Dagbladet" ocenia, że trzeba zmniejszyć uzależnienie energetyczne Europy od Rosji. Należy też odrzucić plany budowy Gazociągu Północnego i w zamian poprowadzić rurociąg lądem z Rosji przez Białoruś i Polskę do Niemiec.

Niesprzyjające warunki atmosferyczne pokrzyżowały plany uczniom na Suwalszczyźnie. Z powodu śnieżyc wiele dzieci nie dotarło w piątek do szkół. Problemy z dowozem miały autobusy PKS i gimbusy.

W misji, której zadaniem będzie monitorowanie przepływu rosyjskiego gazu przez Ukrainę do UE, wezmą udział obserwatorzy z ramienia Unii Europejskiej, a także ukraińskiego Naftohazu i rosyjskiego Gazpromu - wiadomo ze źródeł unijnych.
